Rice flour, sugar and ghee beaten into a batter and left overnight, then poured in a ring straight into hot oil. Selroti comes out crisp at the edge, soft and faintly sweet through the middle, and it is the smell of Dashain and Tihar in any Nepali house. Ours is fried fresh every Friday, in small batches, by hand. It is at its best the day it is made and good for two or three after, warmed for a few seconds before you eat it. Available in the shop and for delivery across Metro Vancouver. To order, call or text us. It is not sold online and it is not shipped, because selroti that has spent three days in a courier van is not selroti. Sold in threes.

Amazing store, i get everything i need. They have all the south asian spices, pickles, and other nepali products. They even have nepali handicrafts and woolen handicrafts.
