By accessing or using the Danphe Stores website (danphestores.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

2. About Us

Danphe Stores is a trade name (DBA) of Evertech Digital Inc., a Canadian company specialising in authentic Nepali products. We operate from Vancouver, British Columbia, and deliver across Canada. All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

3. Accounts

To place an order you may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales taxes (GST and PST) are calculated and added at checkout in accordance with the law. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase; your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product unavailability.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging may vary.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, but cannot guarantee that all descriptions are complete or error-free.

5. Payments

Payment is processed securely by Square Inc. at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting your payment details, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Square’s terms of service apply to all payment processing.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to all Canadian provinces and territories. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for current rates and timeframes.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Evertech Digital Inc. (Danphe Stores) or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Danphe Stores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation in your province.
