Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 pm PST on a weekday, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are counted in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays) from the date of dispatch. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days to all regions. Express delivery reaches major cities in approximately 2 days; rural and remote addresses — including in the territories — may take longer.

Timeframes are estimates. Delays can occur due to carrier capacity, weather events, or remote addresses.

Packaging

We pack your order carefully to prevent damage in transit. Fragile or breakable items are wrapped individually. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] — we’ll make it right.
