Our Commitment
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something goes wrong with your order, we want to fix it. Please read this policy so you know exactly what to expect. If you have any questions, email us at [email protected].
Food & Perishable Items
Because we sell food and grocery products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been delivered in satisfactory condition. Food safety laws in Canada prohibit the resale of opened or previously delivered food products.
However, if a food item arrives damaged, spoiled, past its best-before date, or is not what you ordered, we will always resolve it. See the “Defective or Incorrect Items” section below.
Non-Food Items
Unopened non-food items (kitchenware, home goods, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, undamaged packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back — we will arrange a return label where applicable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, expired, or simply not what you ordered, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer one of the following resolutions at no additional cost to you:
- Replacement: We will ship the correct or undamaged item to you.
- Store credit: Applied to your account for future orders.
- Full refund: Returned to your original payment method (see timeframes below).
To make a claim, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no charge if it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number. Once your order has been picked and handed to the carrier, we cannot stop the shipment; the standard returns process would apply.
Refund Timeframes
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method:
- Credit / debit card via Square: 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued on our end.
Items We Cannot Refund
- Food items delivered in satisfactory condition (correct product, undamaged, within best-before date).
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery without prior approval.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Gift cards or promotional credits.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection legislation, including the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BC) and the Consumer Protection Act of your province.
