Danphe Stores is a trade name (DBA) of Evertech Digital Inc.(“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We operate an online store delivering authentic Nepali products across Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in accordance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

• Square: stores your customer profile, saved addresses, and order history (in addition to processing payments).
• Google: address lookup and maps, business reviews, and our AI shopping assistant.
• Brevo: sending transactional emails such as order confirmations, and marketing emails where you have consented.
• Other service providers: hosting and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. Order records are typically kept for seven (7) years to satisfy Canadian tax and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time; we will delete or anonymise your data except where retention is required by law.
