Delivery is priced by region, and it is cheapest close to the Vancouver store. In central Metro Vancouver, standard delivery is free over $35 (otherwise $5); the free-shipping threshold steps up in the outer zones ($50, $100, and $150 at the farthest edge), so most local orders of any real size ship free. Outside Metro Vancouver, the rate is flat and predictable: $10 standard for the rest of BC, and $15 standard for the rest of Canada — the same price whether you are in Calgary, Toronto or a small town in the territories.

There are no surprise surcharges bolted on at the end: your exact zone and rate are shown at checkout from your postal code, and you can add an optional driver tip if you want to. (One honest caveat: very heavy items like large sacks of rice over 8 lb are Metro-Vancouver only, because shipping them nationwide would cost more than the rice.)

Standard delivery takes about 5–10 business days from dispatch, anywhere in Canada. Orders are typically dispatched within one business day of payment; anything placed after 2 pm PST or on a weekend or holiday goes out the next business day.
