Nepali Grocery Delivery in Canada: Cost, Speed & Free Shipping Explained

Delivery is priced by region, and it is cheapest close to the Vancouver store. In Metro Vancouver, standard delivery (5–10 business days) is free on orders over $35 (more further out) and $5 below that, or you book a delivery day at checkout: next-day delivery is $10, any other day is $5. Outside Metro Vancouver, the rate is flat and predictable: $15 standard for the rest of BC and the rest of Canada — the same price whether you are in Calgary, Toronto or a small town in the territories.

There are no surprise surcharges bolted on at the end: your exact rate is shown at checkout, and you can add an optional driver tip if you want to. (One honest caveat: very heavy items like large sacks of rice over 8 lb are Metro-Vancouver only, because shipping them nationwide would cost more than the rice.)

Standard delivery takes about 5–10 business days from dispatch, anywhere in Canada. Orders are typically dispatched within one business day of payment; anything placed after 2 pm PST or on a weekend or holiday goes out the next business day. So a standard order to most of the country lands inside two weeks, usually sooner.

When you need it quickly, express is the faster tier: $25 for the rest of BC and $25 for the rest of Canada, and it reaches major cities in roughly two days (rural and remote addresses take a little longer). And within Metro Vancouver, you can book next-day delivery ($10, order before midnight), or get same-day delivery by phone order — the fastest option of all if you are local.

If you are in Metro Vancouver, delivery can be free. Standard delivery arrives in 5–10 business days and is free on orders over a minimum that depends on your area: $35 in central Metro Vancouver (East Vancouver and Burnaby), $50 in Downtown, New Westminster, North Surrey and nearby, $100 for the rest of Metro Vancouver, and $150 in the outer edge (Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, White Rock/South Surrey, South Delta). Below the minimum it is $5. If you need it sooner, book a delivery day at checkout, from tomorrow up to 7 days ahead: delivery tomorrow or the day after is $10 and any later day is $5, Sunday included.
