DRUKCAN Hot Chilli Akabare Paste - 350g
$10.99
DRUKCAN Hot Chilli Akabare Paste transforms the legendary akabare khursani — Nepal's prized round fiery chili — into a smooth, concentrated paste that is instantly ready to stir into any dish. Making akabare paste from scratch requires sourcing fresh chilies that are genuinely difficult to find outside Nepal, which is exactly why this jar is invaluable for the Nepali diaspora. The paste delivers pure, unadulterated akabare heat and that distinctive fruity, complex chili flavor in a format that dissolves seamlessly into sauces, soups, achars, and marinades. Use it to finish momo achar, heat up a curry, boost a dal, or add the authentic burn to any dish that calls for real Nepali chili heat. The essential heat source for an honest Nepali kitchen.
