Danphe Handmades is a storefront of Danphe Stores, a trade name of Evertech Digital Inc., 3634 East Hastings St, Vancouver, BC V5K 2A9, Canada. These terms apply to everything bought through /handmades.

Every piece is felted by hand in Nepal from natural wool. Colour, size, thickness and finish vary from one piece to the next, and the piece you receive will not be identical to the photograph on the product page.

That variation is a property of the craft and is not treated as a fault. Genuine defects are a different matter and are covered by our returns policy.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. If your card is in another currency, your card issuer sets the exchange rate and may add its own conversion fee. Any figure this site shows in your local currency is an estimate for guidance, not the amount you will be charged.

Shipping is calculated for your address at checkout and shown before you pay. Canadian orders are charged applicable federal and provincial sales tax.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges we received it, but the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. If something is out of stock or priced in error we may decline the order and refund you in full.

The price you pay at checkout covers the goods and the shipping service only. It does not include import duty, VAT, GST or any other tax or fee charged by the country you are shipping to.

Where those charges apply, they are billed to you by the carrier or the customs authority, usually before or on delivery, and they are your responsibility as the importer. The amount depends on your country’s rules and is outside our control.

If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs and returned to us, we will refund the goods once we have them back, less the outbound and return shipping actually incurred.

We ship worldwide from Vancouver. Delivery estimates shown at checkout come from the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees — customs clearance in particular can add time we cannot predict. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, your statutory right to cancel a distance purchase applies in addition to our policy.

These are decorative and household goods sold for ordinary domestic use. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.
