Refund and Returns Policy

At Danphe Stores, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Not a perishable, final sale, or custom product

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or consumed food and grocery products
  • Perishable items including fresh produce
  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Custom or special order products

How to Request a Return Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] or call +1 236-471-5891. Please include your order number and photos of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photo evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
